Titan Y Strainers

Model YS 12-CI Y-Strainer Technical Data Sheet (pdf-logoPDF)
Titan's model YS12-CI is a cast iron ANSI class 250 Y-strainer available in sizes from 1/4" to 3". All units are epoxy-painted to help resist rust and corrosion. This strainer is rated for 400psi WOG @ 150F.

The model YS12-DI shares mmany of the YS12-CI's qualities, but is made of ductile iron. This gives it an ANSI class 300 rating and a WOG rating of 640psi @ 100F. Potable water/FDA-approved coatings are available for this lead-free Y-strainer.

The model YS52-AB Y-Strainer has ASTM B148 Aluminum Bronze construction, which means it is stronger and less likely to corrode than other bronze alloys. This is the preferred material choice for sea water and other corrosive applications.
