The Flowline EchoPod UG03 overcomes condensation — the most common failure mode for ultrasonic sensors in humid tanks. Its reflective sensing technology maintains accurate non-contact measurement up to 9.8' (3m) regardless of moisture on the transducer face. Outputs include 4-20 mA continuous and four SPST relays for onboard control logic. PVDF wetted materials resist corrosive chemicals across day tanks, cooling towers, process vessels, and waste sumps.
