Eaton US Hydraulic Offline Filtration System

Eaton’s stationary off-line filter units are designed for high-viscosity lubricants used in gear oil services, providing efficient off-line filtration. Equipped with a gear pump powered by an e-motor, the US 10-640 circulation filter units draw oil from a reservoir via a hose, removing contaminants such as dirt and water. The purified oil is then returned to the reservoir, while contaminants accumulate in the filter. Once started, the unit operates autonomously. The maximum allowable dirt particle size in the working fluid is <200μm. The US series is ideal for fine filtration, filling, or flushing hydraulic systems and is available in various flow rates, sizes, and micron ratings to meet the required fluid cleanliness standards.
