Shipping & Delivery
We offer a number of shipping options to suit your needs. We ship directly from the manufacturer to your facility or job site. To ensure you receive your filtration products in their intended condition, we ask that you inspect your shipments upon arrival. Any damages should be reported to the shipping company and shipment refused. We do everything in our power to get shipments out in a safe and timely manner, and we have a great track record. Returns & Replacements

Commercial Filtration Supply is committed to ensuring our customers' utmost satisfaction. We do our best to make sure you are ordering the correct parts for your application, and that they arrive intact and on time. If you have a concern about anything you've ordered with please contact us. Fabricated items are non-returnable. All returned items are subject shipping costs and re-stocking fee. 

Baskets: Due to the custom nature of perforated baskets, all filter baskets are non-returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we urge customers to research the exact spec their strainer requires before placing any orders.

Ready to place an order? Contact us by phone or through our online contact form for pricing. We can take your order over the phone and have your order shipped direct to your business/plant/factory/etc. All you need is the model, size, material, quantity, and special options you need, a form of payment, and the shipping address. We will take care of everything else! If you have a hard deadline or require a special shipping method please let our sales staff know at the time of your order. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards and are able to establish an account for your company or organization if necessary. Our prices are calculated at the time of your quote or order and may change at any time. 
Viewing Orders
For information pertaining to your order please refer to your confirmation email. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please give us a call. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

In order for us to fulfill your order quickly and efficiently, please be sure your account information is up to date and accurate. To update your company's account information please call us between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST. Our office personnel will be happy to assist you.
