Titan Flow Controls Model YS 80S-SS y strainer is a Stainless Steel (with socket weld ends) strainer that ranges in size from 1/4 inch - 4 inches. The strainer body is manufactured from stainless steel. The YS80S provides great open area ratios when it comes to it's straining capacity, providing large straining capacities of 2.5 times the pipe width. The Titan YS80S-SS is typically installed in piping systems to remove debris downstream from pumps, meters, compressors, nozzles, turbines, etc. They can run horizontal or vertical in nature as long at the screen is in a downward manner from the flow.
