200 Micron Filter Bags

(48 products)

Authorized distributor for Eaton, Hayward, NeoLogic, and Shelco. 48 products in stock across multiple series, materials, and bag sizes at competitive distributor pricing.

A 200 micron filter bag captures particles approximately 1/5 of a millimeter and larger, making it one of the most widely used ratings in industrial liquid filtration. At this micron level, the bag removes coarse to medium particulate while maintaining high flow rates and long service life between changes. 200 micron bags are a common choice for pre-filtration stages, general process protection, and applications where removing visible solids is the primary goal.

When to Use a 200 Micron Filter Bag

  • O-Rings and Gaskets create seals between housing components to prevent leaks and maintain pressure. Available in Buna-N, EPDM, Viton, PTFE, and silicone to match your chemical and temperature requirements.
  • Replacement Baskets and Screens are the working elements inside simplex and duplex strainers. Available in perforated (coarse filtration), mesh (fine filtration), and mesh-lined (precision with structural backing) configurations across a range of sizes.
  • Filter Bags are the most frequently replaced component in bag filtration. Disposable by design, sold in boxes, and available in a wide range of micron ratings. Service life depends on the application and particulate concentration.
  • Filter Cartridges fit inside single or multi-cartridge housings in various styles and micron ratings. Like bags, cartridges are consumable components replaced on a regular maintenance cycle.
  • Covers, Clamps, and Closures including housing covers, cover clamps, T-bolt assemblies, and yokes that secure and seal the housing under pressure.
  • Leg Assemblies, Fasteners, and Mounting Hardware including support legs, eye-bolts, hex bolts, and brackets. These components are subject to vibration, load stress, and corrosion and should be inspected regularly.

How to Choose the Right 200 Micron Bag

With 48 products on this page, narrowing down the right bag comes down to a few key specifications.

  • Bag Size - Size 01 (7" x 16.5") and Size 02 (7" x 32") are the most common. Sizes 03 and 04 are smaller and used in compact housings. The bag size must match your housing.
  • Material - Polypropylene offers broad chemical compatibility and is the most economical. Polyester handles higher temperatures. Nylon provides excellent strength for mesh applications. Teflon is used for aggressive chemical environments.
  • Ring/Flange Type - Must match your housing. Options include snap-ring (carbon steel, stainless steel, polypropylene), plastic flange, and santoprene.
  • Construction - Welded seams eliminate needle holes that can allow bypass. Sewn construction is more economical. For critical applications, welded is recommended.
  • FDA Compliance - Required for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. The NeoLogic HDFB Series and select Eaton bags are FDA approved and packaged in sterile environments.

All filter bags are sold in box quantities only. All bags are genuine OEM products from authorized manufacturer partnerships.
