Titan Flow Controls Model YS 58-DGG y strainer is a ductile iron strainer that ranges in size from 2 inches - 12 inches. The strainer body material is lead free and the strainer capabilities provide large straining capacity (2.5 times the pipe width). The YS58 provides great open area ratios when it comes to it's straining capacity. This model can be placed in a horizontal or vertical pipeline as long as the screen is in a downward position. The Titan YS58-DGG is typically installed in piping systems to remove debris downstream from pumps, meters, nozzles, turbines, etc.
